Sensor looks fairly new, Walker brand. Power and computer controlled ground at sensor ok. Heater resistance is 3.5 ohms, spec is 2 to 2.5 ohms. Replace front and rear oxygen sensors and monitored reading. Found both sensors initially reading as designed. After vehicle achieved operating temperature found bank 1 sensor reading rich. Found number 3 injector missing its seal and leaking into the combustion chamber. Replaced all injectors and rail with used unit. During repair found injector harness trapped under rail and damaging several wires. Replaced harness. Test drove vehicle.

- Pressure tested cooling system and found water pump leaking. Also noted heater hose leaking due to incorrect hose clamp installed. Also noted both radiator hoses leaking at engine connections. Also found the coolant outlet leaking.
- Replaced water pump. Replaced faulty hose clamps on both radiator hoses and heater hose. During repair found coolant outlet was leaking. Replaced gasket and O ring. Replenished engine coolant, bled air from system and test drove vehicle.
- Replaced engine thermostat, gasket and seal. Test drovve vehicle.

Inspected wiring harness and FPCM connector, no issues found. Monitored fuel pump amperage draw while running, wave forum is good and amperage draw is at 4-8 amps.
- Verified customer concern, found and replaced blown 20 amp fuse (trailer/tow relay)still no trailer lights. Inspected trailer wiring harness and found connector unseated from plug. Cleaned and installed connector and lights operate as designed.
- Removed all necessary components to include fuel tank. Replaced fuel pump module assembly and driver module. Test drove vehicle and found no further faults.
